自2020年1月1日起，《外商投资法》及《外商投资法实施条例》等配套法规正式实施，原外资三法同日废止。这一系列新法的实施体现和确立了我国进一步扩大对外开放、促进和保护外商投资以及实现内外资一致的基本原则和方略。同时，新法的实施也意味着我国原有外商投资法律体系和监管制度将发生根本性变革，也必将对现有众多的外商投资企业以及未来拟赴中国投资的外国投资者带来深远的影响。为系统把握有关新法体系和监管制度的重要变化，深刻理解其对外商投资企业设立和运营等多方面带来的影响，广东华商律师事务所合伙人侯陆军律师、杜兴律师将为我们主讲本次网络讲座，一方面详细解读一系列外商投资新法及配套政策；另一方面也将分享外商投资新法实施后的实务操作经验。

Since January 1, 2020, the Foreign Investment Law and relevant supporting regulations such as the Regulation for Implementing the Foreign Investment Law were officially implemented, which means the previous three foreign-related investment laws were replaced and repealed on the same day. The implementation of a series of new laws reflects and establishes the fundamental principles and strategies for China to further open up to the world, to promote and protect foreign investment, and to achieve equal treatment on both domestic and foreign investment. Meanwhile, the implementation of such new laws also means that China's previous foreign investment legal and regulatory system will undergo substantial changes, and it may have a profound impact on many existing foreign-invested enterprises as well as those foreign investors yet to come and invest in China. In order to systematically grasp the important changes related to the new legal and regulatory system, and to deeply understand its impact on the establishment and operation of foreign-invested enterprises, Henry Hou and Dowson Du, partner and senior attorney from Huashang Law Firm (广东华商律师事务所) are invited to give a lecture on this webinar for us, on the one hand, they plan to make detailed and in-depth interpretations on a series of new laws and supporting policies, and on the other hand, they are also willing to share their relevant and precious experiences from practical perspective.
