A Canadian Chinese born in Hong Kong. Chester further attained various post...

A Canadian Chinese born in Hong Kong. Chester further attained various post-graduate qualifications from renowned universities in Canada, Australia and mainland China upon completing his college life in Hong Kong. In his early career, he has developed himself into a human resources professional and served in various multi-national corporations at managerial positions until he started a new page in Beijing in late 80’s. This is a watershed for his career as he started involved deeply in professional activities closely co-op with government bodies in China and Hong Kong since then. Upon climbing up the career ladder to the senior executive level for years, he started up a consulting firm in Hong Kong, the Protron Consulting Group (PCG), established the first branch in Guangzhou since 1995 and then gradually developing into other major cities in China including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Tianjin and New Taipei City. Since then, Chester, as the Principal Consultant of PCG himself, leads his team working with many MNCs including Fortune 500 companies of various sectors in areas of Executive Search, Management Training, Institutional Project Management, Marketing Survey and M&A activities etc.

Chester has been serving many government and non-governmental bodies and is presently the Fouding Chairman and Executive Director of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macau Bay Area Federation of Commerce – CEO Alliance, Chief Executive and Chairman of Judging Panels of Great Bay Area CSR & ESG Awards Council, Vice Chairman, Yaumatei & Tsimshatsui Brigade of the Hong Kong Scouts Association, Chairman, Youth Development Group of the Caring for Ethnic Minorities
Association Hong Kong, Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, Szechuan Province.

Chester has also dedicated himself to youth development and education and has spent decades in contributing to this specific area. He is now still an active visiting professor and tutor for reputable universities such as China Hebei Industrial University, Tianjin Commercial University and Szechuan Chang Jiang Professional College etc.

目前出任香港普卓顧問集團的首席顧問，主責领导公司内三大业务环节：人才服务（猎头，派遣及外劳等），企管服务（項目籌建，企業优化重組及可行性研究等）及培训（高管能力提升）。所服务过的客户包括众多不同行业的财富500强跨国企业及国内的大型集团。

黃先生在香港出生，其後移民加拿大。在香港毕业后，他通过不断努力进修并取得加拿大，澳大利亚以及中国大陆多家知名大学的研究生学位及资格。黃先生早年在香港发展的事业专注于人力资源管理方向，曾经在多家大型外资与及华资集团企业中出任高管岗位。80年代末期他展开了事业新的一页——进入中國市場并在北京參與一间世界性连锁酒店集团的籌建及項目管理工作。自此开展了与更多中国大陆及香港的官方及非官方机构的合作关係。在职业发展登上高峰数年后，他在香港创办了普卓顾问集团（PCG）并于1995 年在广州成立第一家分公司。至今已经在北上广深津蓉及台湾新北市等地设立了分公司及办事处。形成了大中华地区的一个覆盖全地域集团企业。

黄先生一直以来全力投身于贡献社会公衆的事业。长久以来参加了不少政府以及非政府机构的义务工作。目前他出任的职务包括：粤港澳大湾区商业联合会CEO总裁联盟创会会长兼执行总干事,大湾区社会责任(ESG/CSR)竞选委员会创办人及评审会主席,香港童军总会油尖区副会长,香港少数族裔关怀协会青少年发展组主席，及四川香港商會執行理事等等。

除此之外,黄先生过去数十年亦一直献身与青少年教育及发展工作。目前仍然出任河北工业大学MBA 中心讲座教授,天津商业大学经济学院国际商务专业硕士学位校外导师,及四川长江职业学院特聘教授等等。
