    Dr. Harley Seyedin is an international businessman, humanitarian, and philanthropist.

    Achievements:
    --Dr. Harley Seyedin, together with Elon Musk, Durreen Shahnaz and Murad Al-
    Katib won the 2017 Oslo Business for Peace Award. The Oslo Business for Peace Prize is awarded by an Award Committee of Nobel Laureates in Peace and Economics. The task of appointing a new member to the Award committee has been given to former Swedish prime minister Göran Persson, former Norwegian prime minister Kjell Magne Bondevik, and the former director of the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO), Kristian Berg Harpviken.
    --Among fewer than 20 individuals to be awarded the “Peace Through Commerce Medal” by the U.S. Government since its inception by Thomas Jefferson in 1790 when he served as the nascent US Secretary of State under President George Washington and the only person in history to have been awarded both the Oslo Business for Peace Award and the Peace Through Commerce Medal.
    --President, Allelon Energy Systems and former President of Sithe Global Pacific (Sithe Global is majority owned by and is the international power arm of the Blackstone Group).

    Mr. Will Wang is a senior manager of Deloitte South China Indirect tax service team. Will was a former Senior staff of Huangpu Customs before joining Deloitte. He has near 10 years of Customs working experience and possesses an in-depth Customs knowledge and a rich practical experience.
     
    Mr. Wang’s working experience covers various modules in the Customs area. He has deep knowledge in Customs valuation, product classification, country of origin determination and assessment calculation. Mr. Wang has witnessed the Customs clearance reform over the past few years and has a deep insight of the Customs operating model before and after the reform. Mr. Wang received 5 times contribution awards and was recognized a national degree of contribution for his outstanding performance.

    Mr. Wang is good at providing indirect tax consultation and operation mode planning services for enterprises by combining Customs valuation, Customs classification, Customs special supervision areas and trade facilitation measures. He has provided many enterprises and government with such services as royalty inspection, transfer pricing inspection, AEO certification, customs system implementation, processing trade verification, etc. He also has rich experience in assisting enterprises to communicate or negotiate with Customs.

    Mr. Wang received a MBA degree from School of Business, Sun Yat-Sen University.

    王康志先生是德勤华南地区间接税服务团队的高级经理,加入德勤前为黄埔海关主任科员,有近十年的海关一线现场工作经历,具有专业丰富的海关关税理论及实务经验。
     
    王先生在海关关税领域工作多年,业务经验涵盖关税领域各个模块,对海关审价、归类、原产地审核及案件计核等工作有深入研究。他是近年来海关通关领域改革的亲历者,参与了多项通关领域改革的试点和推广工作,熟知改革前后通关领域的运作模式及业务规律。因工作成绩突出,5次获得个人嘉奖,并荣获个人三等功。

    王先生擅长结合海关估价、商品归类、海关特殊监管区域和贸易便利措施等为企业提供间接税税务咨询和运营模式筹划服务。他为多家企业和政府单位提供特许权使用费稽查应对、转让定价稽查应对、AEO认证协助、关务系统实施建设、加工贸易健康检查等服务。在协助企业与海关沟通、磋商方面也有丰富的经验。

She has rich experience in providing PRC tax advisory services to clients in various industries, including retail and consumer market, automobile, electronics, TMT, real estate development etc.

    •Lilly specializes in China corporate tax advisory, transfer pricing, custom and trade. She provided professional insights to both MNCs and large domestic enterprises in the areas of investment, merger and acquisition, capital market financing, corporate restructuring etc. She is also experienced in tax planning and advisory services for transfer pricing and cross-border transactions.

    •Lilly has very extensive experience in tax dispute resolution and tax policy lobbying. She successfully assisted 13 Asia Games sponsors in applying for business tax exemption with STA. She also assisted a number of listed groups in lobbying for income tax deduction ruling with STA for equity-based incentive payment. She maintained good technical communications with tax authorities and actively participated in the research and consultation on new tax policies.
