Tereso O. Panga is the Director General of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), appointed in March 2023. He has over two decades of experience at PEZA, having previously served as Deputy Director General for Policy and Planning. Panga holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines, along with executive training in Urban, Industrial, and Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore. He has been instrumental in driving the modernization of PEZA's operations and the expansion of specialized ecozones.

Monica L. Trajano is the Vice President for Commercial Strategy at Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates (AIC EE), with over 25 years of experience in business development. Throughout her career, Monica has been at the forefront of delivering operational excellence, notably through her leadership roles at AboitizLand and Century Nuliv at Century Properties Group. She holds a Political Science degree from Ateneo de Manila University and completed a real estate program at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Trajano now drives strategies to attract investors to Aboitiz Economic Estates.

Arthur C. Yap is a seasoned public servant with extensive experience in governance, having served as Secretary of Agriculture and as a member of the House of Representatives for Bohol's 3rd District. He also held key leadership roles at the National Food Authority and the Philippine International Trading Corporation. Yap was elected Governor of Bohol in 2019 and has been an advocate for policies that promote economic and agricultural development. He holds degrees from Ateneo de Manila University and has played a key role in shaping the Philippines' economic and agricultural landscape.

Fiona Li is the Deputy General Manager of Asia Landmark Tours and the Vice President of the Philippine Chinese Businesswomen Association. With over 10 years of experience in the Philippines’ cultural tourism and cross-border trade sectors, she specializes in facilitating business and cultural exchanges between China and the Philippines. Li has led major initiatives such as managing chartered flights for Chinese tourists, providing ground services for top international cruise lines, and organizing large-scale government and corporate events. She also offers strategic consulting to Chinese companies looking to expand into the Philippine market, ensuring compliance and local market alignment.
