Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, we pause to remember the lives lost and the profound impact of that day.
On September 11, 2026, AmCham South China invites members to join us for a special breakfast gathering at the Garden Hotel, Guangzhou, marking the 25th anniversary of 9/11.
The gathering will include a live broadcast of remarks by U.S. Ambassador to China David Perdue. Members will come together to honor those who were lost and reflect on the enduring importance of resilience, solidarity, friendship, and international cooperation.
Twenty-five years on, the occasion also offers an opportunity to reflect on the connections that bring communities together across borders and the importance of standing together in times of challenge and loss.
We look forward to sharing this meaningful morning with our members.
- Please note that the event will start sharply at 8:00 am. All attendees should be seated before that time.
