Joe has successfully served many multinational companies and Chinese domestic companies with valuation, and consulting services for merger and acquisition, stock listing, due diligence, financial reporting, joint venture and other purposes.
Zheng Lu 陆征Senior Counsel, Shanghai | 高级顾问，上海 Ms. Lu routinely leads massive employment projects, such as mass layoffs, restructuring, investigations, and employee unrests / strikes, involving challenging and complex considerations. She also specializes in strategic employment counselling and developing creative employment solutions for multinational corporations in their global transactions and day-to-day operations.
