封小韵(Iris Feng)是思科大中华区副总裁暨思科香港、澳门及中国南区总经理,及思科大中华区海外业务总经理。在此职位上,她不仅负责思科在粤港澳大湾区的业务发展、策划及营运,还领导思科大中华区的海外业务,支持总部在华的企业扬帆出海。
2005 年加入思科后,封小韵首先在思科美国总部接受了综合管理培训,其后回到大中华区发展。她历任思科销售团队多个要职,不断带领团队在战略和商业模式上取得创新和业绩突破,对思科在华业务发展贡献良多。在当前职位上,她成功管理思科粤港澳大湾区这一跨三地四语多个文化、货币和法律体系的复杂区域,并极早嗅查到在华企业的全球拓展需求,率先在思科推行支持出海企业的一系列战略和服务,领导思科大中华区的海外业务。她将自己在粤港澳大湾区市场积累的丰富前线经验和对中国出海企业的深刻观察写在了《出海战略》一书中。此书在2024年末由中信出版社出版,位列新浪财经2024年十大财经畅销书。
作为IT界的女性领导者,封小韵从2022年起担任思科大中华区「女性影响力」活动发起人,在思科内外部支持女性在 IT 界的专业发展。在她的领导之下,思科连续三年被评为大中华区最佳女性职场。
封小韵的影响力和对IT行业的贡献在大中华区有目共睹。2023年,她荣获乌镇世界互联网大会(WIC)青年领军者称号,是全球青年人才的榜样。这一殊荣是对她杰出贡献的充分肯定。
封小韵本科毕业于中山大学,曾作为交换生在香港学习,并获得清华大学EMBA。她会说流利的英语、普通话和粤语。闲暇时,她将大部分时间用于陪伴家人,也热爱钻研品茶和制作广东点心,更持有相关国家级认证。

Iris Feng is the Vice President of Greater China, General Manager of Cisco Hong Kong, Macau, and South China, and the General Manager of Overseas Business of Cisco Greater China. In this role, she not only leads the Cisco's business across the Hong Kong-Macau-Guangdong Greater Bay area, but also chairs Cisco’s business in supporting Chinese enterprises going global.
Iris joined Cisco in 2005 and began her journey with a comprehensive management training program in San Jose. Upon returning to Greater China, she has been leading various sales functions, pushing boundaries in business growth, strategy, and business models, playing a key role in shaping Cisco Greater China as it is today. She is proven to be trailblazer in her current role navigating a region with diverse languages, cultures, monetary systems and legal frameworks. She was also among the first to nose the burgeoning demand from Chinese enterprises seeking to expand overseas and has been instrumental in driving Cisco’s efforts to better support these businesses. Drawing from her frontline experiences in markets across the Greater Bay Area and her in-depth insights into Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion, Iris co-authored Strategies in Going Overseas, a Top10 bestseller as indicated by Sina-Finance in 2024.
Iris is also the Greater China pillar lead for “Women of Cisco” since 2022. Her proactive engagements and leadership in supporting the professional development of females have helped Cisco Greater China to win the Best Workplace for Women award for three consecutive years.
Iris's significant impact and commitment to the IT sector are widely recognized in Greater China. In 2023, she was awarded Global Youth Leaders by the World Internet Conference organization, highlighting her exceptional contributions.
Iris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sun Yat-Sen University and a EMBA degree from Tsinghua University. She has also studied in Hong Kong as a university exchange student. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Iris enjoys spending her free time with her family and pursuing her passions for tea rating and Cantonese dim sum making, both of which she holds national certifications.
